Carlotta Grasso, Palermo 1997
Carlotta Grasso trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo as a photographer and videomaker. During her Academy and post-graduate years, she made several short films and photographic series, linked by the same poetic theme of loneliness. She works on several film sets, participates in European projects and international exhibitions. In the meantime, she also studied music at The Brass Group Foundation in Palermo, training as a guitarist and singer: an activity she practises in the time she has left when she is not working on images.
